Happy Friday all!! How are you all doing? Have a jam packed today with writing articles, teaching my psychic group at Ethereal Light and preping for the last Atlantean Crystal Healing course of 2011 taking place tomorrow. Taking some time out to continue ‘Friday’s Free Healing’ you may be happy to know. For those that take part you will know its more empowerment than healing so you don’t need to be feeling out of sorts to take part!

Today we will be working with an angel that is very close to my heart – Archangel Cassiel. This lesser known angel is often overlooked for their focus on the darker aspects of man. Perhaps as some find it difficult to accept the shadows they may have. But as Cassiel says, ‘spiritual development is not about what you know its about integrating what you have; to accept every aspect of you, strengths and shadows’.

This will be the focus of today. At 7pm (uk time) I will be joining with Archangel Cassiel to send out his clarifying and extremely empowering energy out to all who wish to link in. Cassiel asks that you affirm prior to 7pm that – “I affirm I am ready to accept any shadow aspects of my being in perfect conscious alignment with my divine self. I accept this healing with grace and unconditional love.” And then just relax for 30 mins or so asking Cassiel any questions you may have. Be open to anything you receive in your session.

Inner Eye View – Angel Healing™

This month has marked a great transition in my life as I began teaching outside of the UK taking my ascension courses – Angel Healing™ and Atlantean Crystal Therapy™ – abroad to sunny Spain for a week of enlightenment! As I write this article (on the plane coming back to Scotland) I am reminded of all the many blessings that was shared, and it gives me a deep sense of gratitude for the very nature of ‘change’.

In my next article I will focus on Atlantean Crystal Therapy™ but for now the angels guide me to talk about Angel Healing™, and share you with a little of what was experienced in Spain. For those of you who haven’t heard of this new (or more aptly put, re-awakened) therapy allow me to introduce it for you.

Angel Healing™ was founded in 2009 alongside the great Archangel Raphael who co-wrote the course with me. I had studied many angelic systems prior to this but I found that many lacked the spark and the true essence of our beautiful angelic friends. In 2007 during a meditation with my own guardian angels I was told that I would help create a new system to enable mankind to easily work and live in harmony with their angels. I was overwhelmed! This path was a far cry from where I was at the time but I had faith as the angels had faith in me.

I soon became a student of Archangel Raphael – the main angel for healing – who guided me to write the Angel Healing™ manual, first becoming a conscious therapist of the system and then passing it on as a teaching course in 2009. Since then Angel Healing™ has been taught throughout the UK to great success, and now, in Europe. Our aim is go on to facilitate teachers of this healing and enlightenment system to transcend any perceived barriers of angelic communication as we continue to aid mankind’s ascension at this beautiful time of change.

It is so worthwhile to facilitate Angel Healing™; to bring people in to conscious alignment to their angels and watch them benefit and grow personally. I am always humbled at how those who learn the system take on the angelic wisdom with such dedication, love and compassion. And I thank the angels daily for bringing together our healing groups as everyone meets as strangers and leaves as friends. The Spanish students were no exception to this.

On Saturday we all met in the beautiful hill tops of Sotogrande. The scenery was spectacular albeit through the torrential rain – a little reminder from home! Before we did our introductions I started the day as I do all my courses, with an energy circle. A sacred way of bringing in the angels that seems to have followed me through lifetimes. From linking with each other I knew the day was going to be of a high energy! In our mix we had Reiki masters, Tantric therapists, healers, teachers and light-workers that had been guided by their angels to attend for their own development.

Each time I pass on this course the schedule changes; directed by the common theme of the group. It was soon apparent that the course would focus on dispelling fear and out-dated beliefs of angels, as well as teaching the norm of self-healing with the angels, ways to communicate, how to channel with them etc. So many angel facilitators, including well-known authors, still talk of protection, strict angelic hierarchy and ego-based beliefs that only serve to create blocks and fears in angelic / spiritual communication. This may be part of their journey so I do not like to judge, rather only pass on what has been given to me. So for those that were ready, during the course of the day the angels had shifted the perceptions of fear to a place of truth and divine confidence. Being part of the catharsis was a beautiful honour. This is what the system does; why it was created in the first place. To see beyond what our illusory world has created and share only the truth of our angelic brethren.

As a symbolic gesture of this transitioning the angels soon cleared the rain and cascaded across the sky a radiant rainbow. It was beautiful! We were all so grateful for this sight, and the cleansing rain that helped to clear away and transmute old beliefs and energies from our group. Rainbows or butterflies seem to follow me when I pass on this system – a divine ‘thumbs-up’ from our angels that positive change is taking place!

When the students practiced angelic healing on themselves and on others more positive changes took place. Those that had came in with physical ailments found relief as they were released. Emotional and mental worries seemed to flow away in return for a deep sense of serenity that was felt by all. And in our angelic meditations and attunements great connections were made with the 15 Archangels (and their Archeiai: the twin-flame counterparts of each angel) of the healing system. I was very grateful that my own ‘Archeia’ (Jonathan) was with me on the course! Working alongside your physical twin flame is also a great honour and I look forward to doing this more as our path continues.

Unlike any other energy therapy, Angel Healing™ allows the practitioner to both consciously channel angelic beings but also to bring them in directly by opening angelic portals / doorways in which the angels can help the recipient on a one-to-one basis. In this way the recipient strengthens their own communication with the angels, developing intuition, awareness and a greater understanding of all that is. During a treatment of Angel Healing™ the practitioner will bring in the energy / consciousness of the angels that will be specific to the recipient’s needs. Ranging from the Seraphim (angels of pure love; the closest to the divine), to the Archangels (ruling angels) and the Angels (guardian angels, messenger angels and nature angels). It is mostly the Archangels however that are called upon, such as channelling Archangel Michael for strength, Archangel Raphael for health and Archangel Chamuel for love.

During an healing session the practitioner not only receives information and guidance from the angels, but also the recipient’s higher self to aid them in their life and soul’s path. As the Spanish students saw, often other ethereal beings and past loved ones can also come in to aid the healing treatment passing on love and guidance where appropriate. It really is a beautiful and highly spiritual experience to give angel healing. And how wonderful to see how all can work together to benefit those being treated no matter what realm they exist in!

Everyone can learn how to channel the angels; it is not a rare and mystical gift that requires spiritual achievement. The very essence of why Angel Healing™ has been brought forward is to step away from the old, ego-based energy of other angel healing systems. The angels really want you to see that you are equal to them.  To know and appreciate that you too are a divine being; one that holds the same divine spark as they do. They wish you to recognise and know that it is now time to accept their healing, love and guidance, and to believe without a shadow of a doubt that you deserve such blessings!

If there are no Angel Healing™ practitioners in your area you can receive angelic healing using the following technique that Archangel Raphael has provided for you…

Self-healing technique with Raphael 

• Sit in a place you won’t be disturbed. You may wish to light a candle and dedicate it for the purpose of healing. Take a few deep breathes to relax, centre and to ground yourself.
• Call on Archangel Raphael to come in to where you are. (NB: know that no formal prayers or invocations are needed; simply ask mentally or out loud for Raphael to come forward to you). Don’t be concerned if at first you can’t sense him, this takes time. Just trust and know that he is with you.
• Raphael will now direct healing to where is needed for you. In time you may sense Raphael place his hands gently on your shoulders as he runs his healing emerald light through the body and spirit.
• If you wish you can place your hands over your heart chakra (your energy centre in the middle of your chest). Close your eyes and enjoy the angelic healing for 5-10 minutes or longer if required. Always be guided by your intuition as to how long the healing session is.
• The more you do this exercise the more your vibration will be aligned to that of Raphael’s and the greater the healing will be. During the session you can also ask Raphael to send his healing to people, situations and to the planet that may benefit from healing. He will gladly help wherever is needed.

Morning all! How are you all today? I am feeling good; up the birds this morning! Had another night of ‘future’ dreams!! I’m sure a lot of you are experiencing dreams of what is to come too. Last night met many different races of ETs and again flew on ‘hoover plates’, which I think I may just create as see them so much in my dreams!! Would love to hear what your future dreams entail?

For now its a day of writing for me, which I am looking forward to. Today working with the earth elementals for my next article in Silent Voices and writing a journey with the mermaids for tonight’s meditation class. These types of days make me very excited for when I will be a full-time writer…which is just around the corner! So blessed to be able to write at home with the mad antics of my cat, Luna, for entertainment! 

I received a lovely email yesterday from a lady in Portugal asking how I went from working as a scientist to what I am doing now, and if I had any recipe for success. Feeling guided to publicly post my reply as may resonate out to more than just myself and this lady. For many years I knew research science wasn’t for me but as we all do often, I continued to ignore my inner voice! Until one day I was guided to take up a night class. Not knowing in what I began to search the internet. A 10 week course in Reiki popped out to me. Unbeknown to what Reiki was, I felt guided to start the course. Looking back I know my higher guidance pushed me to do Reiki for it opened my spiritual awareness that I enjoyed as a child. From Reiki I went on to study angel therapy, crystal healing and herbal medicine – modalities that felt so familiar to me. Through working with these beautiful energies I came to realise it was time to leave science to begin a therapy business. It was one of the hardest decisions I ever made! I still lived in fear then so was plagued by thoughts of what will be – ‘Will I have enough money?’ ‘Will I be successful?’ ‘Will my friends who didn’t approve of my career choice, still approve of me?’ ‘Am I good enough?’. This continued for a few months until something inside said, ‘Just do it!’ And so I did, putting full faith in the universe and myself. From that day in 2008 I have never looked back. Yes money was tight in the beginning because I didn’t allow it to flow in to me. And yes I lost many friends, but really they weren’t true friends for they never believed in me. And through much self-healing I understood that I was good enough. So for me, this was/is my recipe of success. To understand that what ever we wish to create for ourselves – WE can! To let go of those who aren’t supportive, including your own ego, which at times may challenge you through its own insecurity. And to believe wholeheartedly that YOU are good enough to create your dreams and LIVE in them EVERY DAY! 

Tools to getting there, that helped me, were daily affirmations of a positive, already achieved nature. For instance, when I thought about where I wish to go after my first business, KittySoaps, I stated to myself that I wished to open a holistic shop/centre like I had already imagined when I was a wee girl. That I wanted to open Ethereal Light, a place to help others and somewhere for me to develop spiritually too. For this I would visualise myself working at Ethereal Light and affirm out-loud daily – ‘I enjoy running my successful, holistic centre helping people and the community’ Although I fully released the intention of opening and running Ethereal Light to the universe, I continued to visualise and ‘feel’ what it WAS going to be like daily. Not only does this help your clairvoyance but brings your intention in to full physical form very quickly! 

Another tool was self-healing and meditating, asking the Divine (or your guides/angels) for guidance. So many people forget to ask, but everytime you do, you do receive. And so I did every time I connected with my inner self (Divine) I would receive support of where to go next or what would help to fulfil my mission here on Earth. Often you may not hear a direct answer but instead be guided through your other divine senses of sight, feeling or ideas. The key is to remain grounded when you do this exercise while opening your full awareness in trust to the Divine. 

I still do this ‘Q&A’ every morning and the guidance I received today was to take time out to write this current post. Sometimes in our path we don’t know why at the moment we are guided to take a certain step or do a certain thing but the key is to trust in the Divine process and to transcend any judgements of ego. That way you are always in the ‘flow of life’ and so everything becomes more easy. You soon see that you are living the life you always wanted without struggle or blocks…that YOU have crafted your intentions in to form and are living them enjoying the present moment with a blanket of joy and happiness around you. For some this may takes years; for me it did as I had a lot of learning to do along the way! But for others, it may take only months, weeks or days. Time really isnt important, what is however is your happiness. Follow it until you LIVE it…with heartfelt support always, Calista ♥ I know you can do it too!!!

A big thanks to everyone who made our birthday so special…the therapists, the volunteers, the staff and of course all of you…our amazing customers and friends – we wouldn’t be here without you! Thanks to all who got in the spirit of the day and dressed up! Special highlights of the day was taking the angel workshop with nuns, goddesses and witches in the room! ;P And in the middle of the Mediumship at Halloween meditation the lights going off!! Big HELLO from our loved ones maybe!

Personal extra thanks for my surprise card and cake. Had a few tears last night reading your kind messages. I am so glad Ethereal Light has had such a positive impact on your life as much as it has had on mine…we are indeed like a family here! ♥ After lots of hard work my dream for Ethereal Light has been completely surpassed and I could not be more proud! Here’s to many years inspiring and empowering light-workers to bring about a better world for us all!!!

If you are like me you will love the film Ghost – the love story of between the recently past over husband (Patrick Swayze) and the still present wife (Demi Moore). It’s such a beautiful touching film that reminds us that our loved ones in spirit are never far away. 

As I sit here to write the ‘Mediumship at Halloween’ workshop for tomorrow’s Ethereal Light birthday fair I am reminded about all my past loved ones, especially my great aunty Willis who seems to have taken over my mouse at this moment – it is flying around everywhere!! She was always fond of a good laugh though and now seems to be no exception! My aunty Willis was one of my first spiritual teachers and to this day I am still so grateful for the crystal ball that she past to me. A divination ball that has been past down through the years, medium to medium. I am also reminded of my gran who taught me to be strong no matter what, past friends who touched my life so dearly and past animals who graced my journey with such comfort and joy. Yes, Halloween (Samhain) is a great time of remembrance for me, as it is with so many that celebrate this sacred shift in the year. 

I find that Halloween is one of the best times to commune with your past loved ones; you are certainly more likely to hear, feel, see and know of their presence as the veil between our physical world and their etheric world draws thin. In tomorrow’s workshop I will be talking about this and showing you practical ways in which you can speak with your loved ones. I look forward to seeing all who are attending. If you can’t make the workshop then there are things you can do on your own to honour your loved ones. Perhaps light a white candle, talk to them as if they are with you in person, tell them how much you love them and how grateful you are for sharing your physical time together. Forgive the things you did, didn’t do or shouldn’t do. Let all go and just remember the love between you both. They will be with you when you do this, I am assured! Open your senses to hear them, to see them, feel them, and to know that they are with you…always with you, loving and supporting you.

Before I start my writing for today, I would like to share with you some insights from last night’s meditation. I feel it will resonate with some of you…

I had called in the angels as I normally do before going to sleep. (Archangel Michael told me a long time ago how important it is to give any thoughts or concerns to him or your angels before going to sleep, and boy does it work! So if you are have problems sleeping I would recommend you try this. Talk to your angels, give to them what’s on your mind and let all pass from you effortlessly without judgement or attachment to leave you peaceful and rested for a great night of sleep. Always give thanks to them for this energy exchange too). So as I was doing this last night when all of a sudden my awareness was taken back to my time in Spain last week. I was shown a beautiful truth – that all we look at we become. That is everything we give our focus too we naturally become a part of.

I was reminded that when I was teaching my energy courses I felt wonderful, at peace, connected to my divinity and completely devoid of ego or concern. I was at one with myself. Then I was reminded of return flight back to Scotland when I sat beside a family that clearly were not having a great time. The children were screaming near the whole flight, the mother looked tired having to look after them and the dad and the older children kept losing their temper hitting and cursing to each other which didn’t make matters better. In an effort to help the situation I asked Archangels Raguel and Chamuel to give to the family harmony and peace to settle their emotions and help where needed under the law of grace. As I intervened I was focused on the family even though I wasn’t actually looking at them. I became part of their drama, part of their fraught emotions. I was reminded of how bad this made me feel.

This rings true in every day life. Every situation you ‘look in’ to you become a part of whether you like it or not. Places like facebook don’t help either as they can web you in to other people’s drama or ego concerns if you let it. I must say having a week off f/book when I was in Spain was wonderful! I did miss chatting to my friends and posting here but I certainly didn’t miss all the negativity that seems to float around like a heavy cloud. And the more you lock on to that negativity, the more you become it! So if you are experiencing ill feelings or disharmony in your life now take a moment to check-in with what you are looking at. What situations are not serving you? What actions should you stop to help yourself only feel good and at peace?

We guide you to be discerning in your choices in life. Look to what makes you happy and if you must look to something that perhaps doesn’t for whatever reason, then we recommend you call on Archangel Michael to shield you from any associated lower emotions of that situation/action/person. This will keep your energies high so you don’t feel bad by getting involved. Know the more we ascend, they more we attract situations/actions/people that would otherwise sway us from our true path. Dig those heels in though!! Stand strong in who you are and do not waver for everything that is not love is a mere illusion of ego or fear that will not lead you anywhere other than in to unhappiness. Be discerning! Look to what makes you happy, ‘be’ within it and enjoy always you are you…beautiful, strong and always, always perfectly divine!!
